
Tiny Spaceship screens in Seattle
On February 7, 2009, bang alum Tom O’Connor was in Seattle to see his bang-produced short film Tiny Spaceship screen as part of the “Sci-Fi & Fantasy Short Film Festival” sponsored by the “Experience Music Project & Sci-Fi Museum.” It was a one-day festival where 20 short films were screened in two 2-hour sessions.
There were some great movies in the program with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $300,000. Yes, $300,000! The budget for Tiny Spaceship was just THREE thousand dollars… and yet it was the mighty Tiny Spaceship that the Seattle Weekly featured in it’s preview/blurb for the festival. Check it out at:
